All our beef is matured for 2 to 3 weeks. Combining this with the excellent qualities of Traditional and Rare Breed animals, such as the Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Belted Galloways, British White etc; it all adds up to good flavoured quality meat.
